Information
Gradyent has developed software based on Digital Twin technology that makes a digital copy of the complete physical steam system, combining geospatial, weather and sensor data with physics-based models and AI.
The real-time Gradyent Digital Twin Platform makes it possible to optimize even the most complex steam systems in real-time and to run simulations of future situations, saving on average up to 10% on fuel costs, lowering CO2 emissions by up to 10%, with 10-20% higher CapEx efficiency, while increasing the security of the steam supply and delivery.
Gradyent is active with several leading industrial sites in the Port of Rotterdam, including the Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Rotterdam. Gradyent’s solution is also being applied to other energy systems such as CCUS, having recently been selected to develop a Digital Twin of Porthos, a leading CCUS project in Europe.
